Wishlist

1. Alumni Association Support: As a tradition, the Hospitality Committee has been provided with the support of five or so Alumni Association helpers. The committee respectfully requests for support on this matter.
2. Facility Layout: In preparation for the event, the committee requests for a schematic plan view layout (inclusive of table arrangements) for the luau.

Important Dates/Events

• Submission of the T-shirt Order Form: The Alumni Luau T-Shirt will be the Hospitality Committee’s uniform. All members should have submitted their T-Shirt order forms by April 30th. If you have not done so, please submit it ASAP.
• Pre-Luau Organizational Meeting: A Pre-Luau meeting will be held on Thursday, May 29th at 6:30 pm at the Alumni House. The topics of discussion will be the Luau procedures and the committee's responsibilities.
• Day of the Luau: All committee members will meet at the Dole Cafeteria on Saturday, June 14th at 3:00 pm. A preliminary briefing will be held to discuss the table arrangements and any other related issues (ie lei pickup, Luau programs,etc.) Between 4:00 and 4:30 pm the committee will commence with guiding the guests to their seats.
